How to permanently delete your SticQR account and all associated data

Steps to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the SticQR app on your device
  2. Tap your profile avatar (top-left on the home screen) or go to Settings > Account
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. Type DELETE to confirm
  5. Re-enter your password for verification
  6. Tap Delete My Account
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. We recommend exporting a backup of your data before deleting your account (Settings > Data & Sync > Backup & Restore).

What Gets Deleted

  1. Cloud data — All your areas, SticQRs, items, and QR codes
  2. Photos — All item and receipt photos uploaded to cloud storage
  3. Support tickets — Any support requests you have submitted
  4. Local data — All data stored on your device
  5. Your account — Your authentication credentials and profile information

Can't Access the App?

If you are unable to access the SticQR app, you can request account deletion by email:

Include the email address associated with your SticQR account. We will process the deletion within 7 business days.
